Registration fees and conditions
Registration fees from 22 June to 15 September 2026:
· Standard rate for AFLS members: €190 (with proof of membership) [To join AFLS, click here]
· Standard rate for non‑members: €220
· Reduced rate for AFLS members: €130 (Student rate—please provide a copy of your student ID + proof of AFLS membership) [To join AFLS, click here]
· Reduced rate for non‑members: €160 (Student rate—please provide a copy of your student ID)
Late registration fees from 16 September to 11 October 2026:
· Standard rate for AFLS members: €210 (with proof of membership) [To join AFLS, click here]
· Standard rate for non‑members: €240
· Reduced rate for AFLS members: €150 (Student rate—please provide a copy of your student ID + proof of AFLS membership) [To join AFLS, click here]
· Reduced rate for non‑members: €180 (Student rate—please provide a copy of your student ID)
Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a welcome reception on Tuesday evening. Please note that all presenting co‑authors attending the conference must pay the registration fee.
Gala dinner (Wednesday evening — not included in the registration fee): €55
